Product Division Lead

To lead and manage the Sanitaryware & Bathroom Accessories division, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, market growth, and operational excellence. Responsible for procurement, team performance, showroom development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the division.

- Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

- Manage vendor relations and ensure timely procurement.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Lead and guide the sales and showroom teams.

- Ensure product display, pricing, and stock levels are well managed.

- Coordinate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.

- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Valid Qatar ID

- Minimum 3 years experience in sanitaryware or building materials industry like Roca, Totto, Jaguar Kohler etc.

- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
