The Arabic Speaking Business Development Executive is a pivotal role responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strong, lasting relationships with clients in Qatar and the MENA region. The successful candidate will leverage their fluency in Arabic and deep cultural understanding to penetrate new markets, generate leads, negotiate deals, and contribute significantly to the company's expansion strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in Qatar and the MENA region
- Proactively find and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
- Conduct meetings, present solutions, and close deals with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events and build professional networks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in both Arabic (native or near-native proficiency, with strong cultural understanding) and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within Qatar or the GCC region.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and closing deals.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
