 We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Coordinator to manage daily vehicle sales operations, provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, and collaborate with the sales team to efficiently close deals and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Sales Support - Assist customers with vehicle selection, provide detailed product information, and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
  • Process Coordination - Manage test drives, sales documentation, vehicle delivery processes, and coordinate with logistics, registration, and after-sales departments
  • Customer Relationship Management - Maintain accurate customer records and conduct follow-ups to convert leads into sales

Must Have

  • Sales Skills - Strong customer handling abilities with proven confidence in closing sales deals
  • Language Proficiency - Fluent in English,Hindi and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous
  • Documentation & Experience - Valid Qatar driving license mandatory; prior experience in automotive sales coordination preferred
  • Professional Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective customer engagement

Nice to have

  • Financial Knowledge - Understanding of automotive financing options, insurance processes, and payment methods
  • Technical Awareness - Basic knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and automotive technology trends
  • Market Knowledge - Familiarity with Qatar's automotive market, competitor analysis, and local regulations
