We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our internal team as a Technical Support Specialist. This role will involve providing comprehensive technical support to our internal team members across various business entities. They will be responsible for troubleshooting IT-related hardware and software issues, assisting with internet connections, and GPS systems, and implementing software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Network & Infrastructure Management - Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VLANs, cloud infrastructure, and Windows Server environments while managing Ooredoo connectivity services.
  • Security & Monitoring Systems - Set up and maintain CCTV, GPS tracking solutions, and attendance monitoring systems to ensure operational security and accuracy.
  • Cloud Services & Digital Operations - Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, manage website hosting, domains, and DNS to maintain seamless online operations.
  • Hardware Support & Asset Management - Provide technical support for IT equipment, printers, and hardware upgrades while handling procurement and maintaining asset availability.

Requirements

  • Valid Qatar driving license and Qatar ID with current availability in Qatar​
  • Proven IT expertise in support, networking, and system administration
  • Strong work adaptability - able to work both independently and collaboratively in team environments
  • Professional commitment with a passionate and confident approach to technical challenges

Must Have

  • Education & Certification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
  • Technical Expertise - Strong knowledge of Windows Server, firewalls, VLANs, CCTV systems, and cloud services infrastructure
  • Platform Proficiency - Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and domain/DNS management systems 
  • Professional Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking principles
