Retail Sales Executive (RSE)

DOHA, Qatar

We are seeking a proactive Indoor Furniture Sales Executive to manage showroom operations, assist walk-in customers with furniture selection, and actively promote our comprehensive product range to drive sales growth and maximize revenue generation.

Responsibilities

 

Customer Service & Consultation - Greet and assist showroom visitors, understand their style preferences and space requirements, and recommend suitable furniture solutions based on design, functionality, and budget

Product Knowledge & Sales - Provide detailed information on furniture materials, finishes, configurations, and pricing while preparing accurate sales quotations and invoices

Showroom Management & Coordination - Maintain appealing and well-organized showroom displays, ensure cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, and coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory availability and timely delivery scheduling

Sales Performance & Follow-up - Achieve monthly sales targets, conduct post-purchase follow-ups for customer satisfaction and after-sales support, and prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Requirements


Sales Experience - Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture retail, interior décor, or home & office furnishing environments.

Communication & Language Skills - Strong English communication abilities; proficiency in Arabic/Hindi is an added advantage to engage with a diverse customer base

Technical & Professional Skills - Basic computer proficiency, experience with POS or billing systems, and excellent customer service with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Documentation & Eligibility - Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa status for immediate employment processing.

Nice to Have


Product Expertise - Specialized knowledge of furniture categories such as home, office, or outdoor furniture, including materials, finishes, and current design trends

Digital Skills - Experience with POS systems, inventory or warehouse management software, or CRM platforms relevant to furniture retail or distribution.

Sales Certifications - Professional sales training or customer service certifications, ideally in retail, furniture, or interior design industries.

Technical Understanding - Basic knowledge of furniture assembly, measurements, room planning, and compatibility with various interior layouts

Industry Network - Existing relationships with interior designers, contractors, or corporate buyers in the furniture and interior décor market (especially in Qatar).
