We are looking for a visionary Visual Experience & Merchandising Specialist to redefine how our customers interact with our brand. This isn't just about arranging products; it’s about storytelling through space. You will be responsible for creating immersive environments that reflect our brand identity, engage the senses, and ultimately drive commercial success across all physical touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Design & Execution: Create compelling, high-impact displays that drive brand engagement.
- Maintenance: Oversee display organization, cleanliness, and inventory replenishment.
- Trend Integration: Research and apply emerging industry trends and visual innovations.
- Collaboration: Align visual execution with cross-functional marketing campaigns.
- Leadership: Train and mentor on-site teams to uphold global visual standards.
Must Have
- Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of visual merchandising principles and spatial design.
- Creative Flair: Proven artistic ability with an uncompromising eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Operational Strength: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to thrive both as an independent contributor and a collaborative team player.
- Valid QID
Nice to have
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in a high-volume retail merchandising environment.
- Design Portfolio: A collection of work showcasing previous window displays or floor installations.
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or floor-planning tools.
