We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to manage and scale online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while leading a team of 4 members to drive performance and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and sales growth (including A/B testing and budget control)
  • Develop marketing strategies, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities
  • Improve customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead and manage a team of 4 members, ensuring timely execution and performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-platform paid advertising
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing and scaling campaigns
  • Experience in team management
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and achieve targets
